Mt. St. Helens erupted on May 18, 1980, giving mankind another example of the awesome power of Mother Nature. Millions of tons of volcanic ash were thrown into the air blanketing several states with the silica-based ash. Experimentation revealed its unique properties when used in making hand-blown glass. On June 25th, 1980 we began making the first volcanic ash glass products, starting a business that is now heading into its 27th year. Our Mission To design and create the highest quality one-of-a-kind hand-blown glass creations.
